LOS ANGELES (KP International) William H Macy was exasperated by Lindsay Lohan's tardiness when they were filming the new political drama Bobby, and recently spoke out about the teen queen's behaviour.
"You can't show up late," the 56-year-old explained to reporters while promoting another film, Everyone's Hero, in Los Angeles recently. "It's very, very disrespectful."
Although the Fargo star praised Lohan's acting abilities, he wouldn't excuse her tardiness. "I think what an actor has to realize [is that] when you show up an hour late, 150 people have been scrambling to cover for you... and it's nothing but disrespect. And Lindsay Lohan is not the only one. A lot of actors show up late as if they're God's gift to the film. It's inexcusable, and they should have their asses kicked."
Macy's comments only reinforce those made by the CEO of Morgan Creek Productions, James G Robinson, who reportedly wrote a letter reprimanding the diva for her work ethic while filming the upcoming drama Georgia Rule.
